This includes, but is not limited to custom draperies, shades, blinds, and other window treatments that are manufactured specifically to the customer’s measurements, fabric selections, materials, colors, and design specifications.
Because these items are custom-produced and not resalable, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted once an order has been approved, submitted, or production has commenced.
